In this painting Queen Elizabeth make me think with a beautiful lady who visit Haiti last January ( Jason)… she’s someone who really want to learn more & more from our culture « Haitian voodoo « & she loves luxury & sacred things. like we know Elizabeth second ascended to the Throne at the young age of 25 in 1952. She was the longest-serving monarch in British history . She passed away on September 2022… in this piece she’s in meeting with Baron who’s the master of deaths in Cemetery & Legba who’s the spirit who can open the doorway to the humans & spirits, she meets them to ask a resurrection to back again to her throne.

Like the Queen said « it has always been easy to hate & destroy. To build & cherish is much more difficult.

When life seems hard, the courageous don’t lie down & accept defeat; instead they’re all the more determined to struggle for a better future.
