The Kind Octopus in Her World was born from a need to represent the soft force that inhabits me.
This octopus is a bit me she lives in a world that seems strange and complex, but in which she finds her place with tenderness and wisdom.
I wanted to give him a face that evokes both fragility and transformation. The skull adorned with flowers represents this idea: it is not death, but a passage, an inner evolution. The fish around her are the guardians of her world, benevolent presences that symbolize the bond, fluidity, survival in a sometimes unpredictable environment.
Through her, I wanted to celebrate sweetness as a form of power, adaptation as a form of intelligence, and strangeness as a deep beauty.
